After the change of management they have increased the rates drastically. The amount of tarrif they are charging is not worth the amenities. I have been staying in this hotel since 2 year but the offers they used to give are no longer available also they have increased the rates of menu to be higher then before except the old staff the new staff was also not customer friendly. They have increased the tarrif abruptly. After the change of management food rates have gone high and rooms and toilets are not well maintained there was no hot water for bathing and except old staff new staff was not customer friendly

the stay was good.good hospitality was seen even with the parking people aswell with the other hospitality staff..the manager was helpful in sharing the details of nearby places to visit..over all hotel was good..and our stay was comfortable ☺️

Honeybees entered room, bathroom is not good and breakfast packing request not entertained as i was out since 6am and came 11am

Saurabh is perhaps the largest hotel in haldwani. It was born 30 years ago in style. Much of that style remains. I stayed for a night and enjoyed the place. Especially the beautiful landscaping on the second floor. We booked through make my trip with a dinner and breakfast included. We were told that there is no buffet or thali system. One can order a-la-carte. When i ordered mutton biryani at the restaurant, the server said he can serve only chicken biryani in this package. When i asked whether it was possible to pay the difference of price between mutton biryani and chicken biryani, the server said if mutton biryani is ordered, full payment will be charged for this dish. Writing this to let the management know. Whether the management make this adjustment, may be helpful for other guests too. Overall i liked the place. They are required to do better supervision in housekeeping

The rooms were dirty, ac duct was broken and leaking water. Mattress was not of a good condition. Hotel needs to improve their services.
