很不錯的酒店，位置很方便，酒店衞生狀況很好，各種設施齊全，有一個健身房，小遊泳池，周邊有大賣場，餐飲店。價格適中。

Неплохой отель на короткое проживание. Завтраки нормальные, до пляжа нужно ехать мин 7 на машине. Шум от дороги.

The shower did not work.. I pulled the knob off while trying to turn it on. I tried to call the front desk.. the phone did not work. I went to the front desk and the manager was able to get maintenance to fix the shower. The room smelled musty.

Our room was musty. Had to use solid air freshners on the night stands and air vents. Carpet was damp and the comforter on the bed was slightly damp. When I notified the front desk I was told they would let maintenance know. It was disappointing that there wasn’t any other effort to do anything more.
Overall the facility was clean and located in a very busy areal

We stayed twice at this property and enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, parking was easy and it had a cute outdoor pool area where we could sit out and eat. I loved that they had a full breakfast station, with pancakes, French toast, bagels, cereal juices. I was actually pleasantly surprised. Eduardo who takes care of the breakfast was extremely helpful, always making sure any needs were meant and keeping everything there in order. Myra was also lovely and kept things together at the breakfast bar. I would definitely stay again.

Customer service was terrible, shower was broken and hot water took forever to actually get hot. Will not be doing back there.

Our experience at this property was not so great. We booked two rooms for 3 nights and checked in very late. The rooms were very smelly like molds, so we reported this to ******* and hotel staff in the morning. Hotel staff refused to change the rooms with the reason of “overbooked” and offered spraying for the smell. We again reached out to ******* and asked us to relocate but ******* asked us to provide proof of molds before relocating. We took some pictures from the room and sent to ******* as evidence. After this, a hotel staff arrived at our room, checked the room and agreed that the smell was present and the carpet was damped. At that time, he offered to check other rooms and personally showed multiple rooms. We chose two rooms on a different floor for our remaining stay.
