Richard’s Extended Stay is a very clean and comfortable motel in a green and pleasant garden setting. The office agent was very gracious in accommodating my complex requests, This motel definitely provided me a very relaxing January vacation at a very reasonable price.

Richard’s Motel Extended Stay is distinguished from the several other Richard’s properties by its extensive garden-resort layout and atmosphere. The result is very inviting and relaxing. My room was spacious and very clean. Overall, this motel provided very good value for money.

Reception door is maintained closed (message to the guest is that it’s an unsafe area).
Guest needs to give a $50 cash deposit at time of check- in in case “guest breaks something.” (Message is that the place does not trust the gate.
Requested to check-out an hour later (at 12 pm) and was told that I would be charged $10. After staying 3 nights I was expecting a little bit of curtesy.
Will never stay at this place again.

My second time at this motel. It's a pleasant place, very clean, very easy check-in / check-out. The apartment I received was spacious and nice, with all working facilities.

The place was clean and quiet. just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We were only there for 1 night. but it was a good stay.
