Highly recommended place to stay in Halls Gap. Particularly enjoyed the jetted bathtub especially during this cold weather.

Great location very close to shops, cafes etc, and very quiet. Good size units with plenty of room to move. The property has been let go, needs updating, theres so much potential.

I feel that it has great potential and at present it is tried and dated. A bright colour of paint would help.

Booked two nights, stayed one. Creepy crawlies on bed. Reception open 8am-8pm, so managed as best we could for the night. Checked room on arrival but did not pull bed covers to check for creepy crawlies. Still charged for one sleepless night. Such a pity as property is in great location - convenient walk to town centre.

A nice newer room with walk-in shower, king size bed and extremely comfy chairs! The chairs were so comfy we never got around to using the spa!

The customer service is above the standard. When someone parked in my parking lot, they tried to find my a lot and then was taken again by some visitors and they followed it up.
The reception was very professional and has a very polite altitude.

Had a 2 night stay there. King room was spacious and comfortable. Some furniture needs an update but this was not an issue. Location is great. All relevant things are easy to reach.
Would book it again.

I booked a Deluxe Queen Room for my wife and myself which was clean, comfortable and spacious - very good value for the price. The only problems (minor) that I encountered were that the shower leaked and there was no dishwashing detergent.

They were flexible when we asked to change rooms as the first room had a bad smell .
The property was close to halls gap and the sightseeing places
