開始給了一個房間，居然是沒有打掃過的，然後又給了一個房間非常小，訂的照片上是一個閣樓房，給的是二樓的天井的房間，就是晚上一個晚上被那個空調機器吵得沒法睡覺，而且我出門的時候發現不用卡也能開門，我到前台去反饋，上來發現鎖上了，所以大家住在酒店的時候一定要注意，出門拉一下把手，看是不是可沒有卡也能開

Following direct prompting on google to ******* I bought a 195 dollar room for one night in Hamar Hill, Ohio, except it was booked in Hamar Norway and I didn't even notice until I was 1 hour from Hamar... I bought insurance for 16 dollars but because of the time difference ******* would not honor it and this hotel already took the money and would not give it back so I was screwed out of 195 dollars. This hotel is no good. They are thieves who take what they do not deserve. DO NOT TRUST!!!!

The hotel was great - clean, convenient location and lovely breakfast.
However the best aspect of our stay was the wonderful staff! They went out of their way to make our stay extra special and were more than happy to help with any requests we had. Really exceptional service!

We took the train from Oslo airport and it was an easy walk from the train station to the hotel. There were plenty of restaurant options nearby.

Stayed here on numerous occassions.
Close to the railway station, Bars and restaurants, so ideal.
No Tea or coffee in the rooms, though you can get these in reception.

Fin beliggenhet , service innstilte personal . Eneste jeg ble skuffet over var størrelsen på rommet . Når en bestiller suite og bruker noen tusen på det hadde vi forventet litt mer . Ellers ok opphold , grei frokost .
