Wir haben dort eine Nacht verbracht und keine weiteren Leistungen in Anspruch genommen.
Das Zimmer war recht klein; die Dusche zeigte deutliche schwarze Spuren, der Fussboden war nicht sauber (Plastikstücke lagen herum).
Das Personal war stets freundlich und hat hilfreiche Hinweise zur Parksituation gegeben.
Die Geräuschdämmung der (immerhin verdoppelten) Zimmertür war so mäßig, dass wir von heimkehrenden Nachtschwärmern um 5:25h geweckt wurden.
Ansonsten fand ich den Aufenthalt "ok".

Too bad for the hotel that heating can not be turned down in the room. They would save costs and energy if that was possible. Instead, I had to have the window open all night, letting out the heat that the radiator was generating.

I liked the people. I did not like, that there was no elevator or help for carrying my luggage upstairs as my room was in the 3rd floor.

Centrum Hotel Commerz am Bhf Hamburg Altona provides very simplistic and clean accommodations. The location is fantastic, as well as the price point. Highly recommend.

The check in experience was really bad. The receptionist was very ignorant and unfriendly. Answered the phone in the meddle of my check in processes and I waited for a long time to get my key.
