We got this hotel assigned from an Airline. Upon entering, the hotel had a musty smell. At first the staff was nice, though they scammed us into paying the "Kurtaxe" again, despite their webpage stating that it's included with pricing. As well as the airline said we'd get vouchers for 20€ p.P. for Dinner at the hotel. Mentioning that to the staff resulted into them telling us where the nearest fast food restaurant is. After walking through corridors with dirty/broken carpets, we entered the room and got greeted with an more musty smell. The Doorframe to the room was broken, the walls had broken spots and the bedside lap was falling apart. The bathroom wasn't much better. Providing you with only one light source, meaning showers in the dark. The shower had mold in the corners and in the shower head. The towel rack was dirty and looked like it was breaking off the wall. Flushing the toilet also didn't work properly. Clean water came but it wasn't strong enough to flush down the toilet paper. After we decided to leave the hotel and look for a different accommodation, we were greeted by a very rude staff member. We asked them for a confirmation that we did not stay the night but they claimed they couldn't provide that cause they're a new hire. After asking for someone who could help us with the request, they raised their voice, and denied that request. After some rude back and forth, the staff said they'll contact the manager. I left my contact information but I have little to no hope for a reply.
