Sauberes Hotel, freundlicher Service, gute Ausstattung. Nur das Bett war recht schmal für zwei Personen, da es zudem mit einer Längsseite an eine Wand gebaut war.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The bus stop was directly outside with direct routes to and from Hamburg Airport and to the main city centre.
The staff were friendly and always happy to help.
There is a nice little bar on the ground floor with comfy sofas. The room was clean and set up ready for us to check in on time. There is a few shops like a Rewe and Aldi just a 5 minute walk away.

I don't like:
No Car Parking.. you have to pay 10 EUro
1 week cleaning only.
no apartment cleaning equipment same as tissue, cartage coffee, shower items, (only 2-4 piece a week)

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean. Staff was professional. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was not very good. It was spotty reception through the building and I had to continually log back in every 15 minutes or so. Quite annoying.

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Room was adequate but not the easiest space to cater for yourself, and not too many restaurants locally.
Would be happy to stay again in similar circumstances.
