Stayed for 1 night on a business trip, also hired a function room. Good enough for what I needed, although there was some confusion about function room payments and bookings

Nice hotel with lovely staff and excellent in room service and quite large rooms. Breakfast was simple but the food that should have been hot was not. Very close to the underground and a supermarket across the road. Probably not in the best of areas although we never felt unsafe.

It’s an okay hotel if you are in Hamburg. Located close to the main train station so it’s easy to get to. However it is right infront of the police station. The hotel a**osphere is a bit outdated. They do have a wellness area but the layout is a bit weird so it wasn’t really relaxing. No are where you can change out of your clothes (and no bathropes available). You have to walk through the sauna area (where you are normally not so dressed) to the gym area (where people are dressed). Furthermore people use the attached rooftop balcony to hang out in the Evening. So people walk through in their street clothes as well. However, the staff was always nice.

The hotel is overrated which increases expectations. In reality its an ok hotel (3 / 3.5 star). The beds are uncomfortable as well as the bath. Decoration is outdated and tacky. It's located in front of a police station so the sound of the sirens also doesn't help. Cleanliness is good.

the people at the reception were friendly and ready to help. Although the area is dirty and with strange people around especially during night. The hotel was safe but the area is not so good

This has been a very good experience, easily accessible from the central station. Breakfast is so RICH!!! Staff are always helpful and polite, and the place is impeccable!! It is also quote close to the center of the city!

The area around the hotel was chaotic and not Very Nice. But the location was good and close to trains and nusses. The beds wasn’t the Best.
