Wassertemperatur in der Dusche ließ sich nicht richtig einstellen. Toilettentür ist immer wieder von alleine aufgeglitten. Waschbecken ist nicht abgeflossen.

The hotel is great, service is terrible.
We travelled with two friends - stayed Friday-Sunday.
Saturday morning, we could not get a breakfast table for 4 persons, 2 tables were "free" but reserved, we were told quite harsh.
Saturday evening, we booked a table for 4 persons in the reception - for Sunday morning no problem.
Then Sunday morning, the same waiter (Yara), told us is was not possible to reserve tables for breakfast, so she refused to seat us at a 4 person table.
We really felt not-welcome - it was unpleasant.
I reccomend the hotel, but find your breakfast somewhere else.

Very nice hotel with nice staff! Breakfast was great and the restaurant is out of this world (specially the fille steak). Had some technical problems with the room door, but apart from that, it is a hotel I'd recommend!

Property and staff very relaxed and professional.
3rd time staying in the property.
Mixed clientele from business people, families with young children and on my last night what appeared to be US rap star with full entourage.
All well catered for
