Premier Inn Hamburg St. Pauli

Very nice hotel overall. The room was nice, the staff was nice and guided me about the subway. The hotel is situated very near the expo walking distance of 15 mins, the hotel is new too so we everything was new. Overall a peaceful experience stay there no complains what sorbet

Overall, an acceptable stay at this budget hotel. Check in was quick and we were allocated a room on the first floor. Initial impressions of the room were not good, the room was extremely small, obvious stains on the carpet as if something had been spilled and large marks/scuffs on the painted white walls. There were no drawers to put clothes in and a very small/compact hanging rail. The window in the room overlooked an overgrown waste ground. Given we didn’t intend to spend a lot of time in the room we accepted it for the relatively low price we paid. The bed was comfortable, as expected with premier Inn and the shower/bathroom area was clean and usable. Shower door did not close properly resulting in shower water escaping and flooding the bathroom. On our second day we returned to the room late afternoon, 4pm to discover housekeeping had not been and the used wet towels from that morning remained. Quite annoying given we wanted to return to shower. I went to reception to be told they would get someone to change the towels, no timeframe given so we just left the hotel again. When we returned later that evening the towels had been changed. A budget hotel and acceptable for the price. I would not stay here again given the issues we faced.

It was a 15 min walk from the hotel to the Aircraft Interiors Expo 2023 at the Hamburg Messe, and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I only wished my room had a refrigerator, otherwise the bed and pillows were very relaxing and the breakfast buffet was just right. Very friendly and helpful staff, special thanks to Wazhma, Aliaa & Neha.

Welcoming and helpful team. I enjoyed my stay, it was clean, confortable, calm and clean . Easy access to commodities and transport systems. I don't regret my choice, i will definitely be back, for a longer stay.

Stayed in premier inn in the Uk lots of time, this was the first in Germany and we was very happy room was very comfortable bed and bedding superb, breakfast was very good probably the nicest scrambled eggs ever, all in all great stay normally we stay over the road from this hotel but we will be back in June for 5 nights 2023 many thanks all the team.

Probaly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rude personal, bad rooms for mad overprice. They dont state anywhere in the booking that they wont accept 200€ bills, and told us noone in the city would, but the did next door 🤦‍♂️Wont recommend this for anyone!

Tidy, clean, modern and fresh. Good breakfast. Parking in building with charging station, good location close to U-bahn, Reeperbahn, and right across the street from the summer fair DOM Hamburg. Definitely would visit again.

I wanted to order a Ham&cheese toasty for my children. However your colleague told me the machines was broken. So i had to order pizza. But then my other colleague wasn't aware that the toast machines was broken . So he began to order a toasty from your second colleague and he had no problem. So this mean the machines was not broken just your Spanish colleague was lazy and unprofessional. I began to walk to the bar and speak to him as i did he walked away. I was so frustrated and angry with your lazy and unprofessionally behaviour from one of your staff members. He was (Spanish) I knew this because he was speaking on the phone loudly at the bar. This is also unprofessional he at work not at home.
