Prizeotel Hamburg City

The prizeotel was very clean and suited perfectly my needs for a short stay. The staff was very welcoming and everything was so clean inside the room ! I recommmend 100%

4 booked days of stay. The cleaning personal come on the 3 day. Why not in the middle of this Visitation? We booked for three people in one Room (Children). We received only after asking for extra towelns, blanket and pillow this. Why not directly from the beginning of the Visitation?

Pros: staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Self-check in available. The room is nice. Cons: not close to any attractions or public transportation.

Overall a good stay. No booking received from ******* so we had to hang around in the lobby for 30 minutes to check in despite having our confirmation of booking. A free beer whilst waiting showed willing however. The room and facilities were absolutely fine and very good value for money.

Very clean room, colorful and cheery decoration. The price was not low, but lower compared to many other hotels, so I think the price was ok. The price included welcome drinks, which was nice. We stayed for three nights and there was not cleaning during our visit but we were asked if it is ok, so there is nothing to complain. There was AC in the room and you could also open the window. The parking was 20 € / day and night. The location of the hotel is good, bus stop for bus number 3 is near by. The railway station is near by as well, but that was a little bit unconfortable and scary area in the evening/night time, but the hotel area was fine. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there was plenty of good alternatives near by.

Excellent hotel - clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, interesting design touches, fairly central location, reasonable prices. Was perfect for my one-night stay in Hamburg.

Good things about this hotel: the A/C could get nice and cold! we stayed in 2 hotels while we were in Hamburg, and this one definitely had the better A/C. The hotel is decorated "funky" which you may or may not like, but the bed was comfortable, the shower had nice water pressure and was hot, the place was clean. We added on the daily breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised. Good spread with coffee options, tea options, scrambled eggs, deli meats, cereals, croissants and pastries, breads. There was even a vegan section if you needed that (we didn't). It was nice to just go down and have a hearty meal to start your day of exploring the city. The area of the hotel is a bit industrial, and it's on a busy street. Our room was not ready early, but the hotel was happy to store our luggage for us until regular check in. They also called a cab for us to go to the airport, and completely understood our need for a "larger" cab due to me traveling with a bicycle in a travel case. I would stay there again.

It's nice hotel, rooms are small and limited. Service is very slow, especially check in.

A very cool hotel with neat decor. I really enjoyed the breakfast, and especially the coffee machine. There is a bit of a walk to any restaurants or sights, so be prepared for that. Also, the walls are a bit on the thin side - I could hear a cell phone vibrate in the room next to mine.
