On arrival waited in reception for someone to attend to us. Got to the room after finding out the lift was out of order and as we were going out to dinner i went straight to the shower. Booked a room for 2 people and only supplied 1 towel. The floor in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the last people and the shower base was very slippery. Will never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

A great location for what we wanted. Accommodation was good but nothing fancy. Room had everything we needed. Was missing some cutlery but that didn’t worry us. A little bit noisy from other guests but on the whole was ok. Would stay there again if needing to be near Portside wharf area.

FILTHY I couldn't even stay there. Rude management, no pool access, toilet had actual human faeces in it. No toilet paper, no lift I HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER HOTEL STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A stray dog would run away from this place. A couple tried checking in to hotel room before me. They were back in minutes due to the filthy, and their bed wasn't even made. Mould and dirt on hand towels. I WILL BE CONTACTING QLD HEALTH

My 21 year old daughter was booked in here she arrived at 9ish and was dropped off only to find locked and unattended. Checked booking she did on ***********, and email said they would send an email with key box code to get in after hours. She rang us terrified as she was alone. The door was locked, the phone was disconnected, and the phone on the wall was broken. I have tried to contact via email phone, but there is no answer or reply. It took us an hour and a half to find her another room, and he ended up putting her in a taxi to keep her safe. Then we paid another $300 to get her a room. Shame on this place putting my daughter at risk. Please dont stay here.

The pool is non existent, yet they say it’s Out of Order. The elevators are also Out Of Order. The cleaners must also be Out Of Order due to the absolute filth they think is tolerable for guests to stay in. Upon entering Reception, I should’ve known my day would go downhill. Everything in Reception was either torn, rundown, shabby, dirty, dusty or broken. It smelt of mould. My room didn’t disappoint as I had low expectations after witnessing Reception. The bed was nicely made but that’s where the niceties ended. As the pic’s show, mould, rust, dirt, grime, mildew, soap scum and the absolute filth of the place had my stomach turning. The tv had only 70% of the screen working. I was there maximum half hour before I lost the plot and left the establishment. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels / motels but I have never come across a situation like that before . When I confronted Reception with my concerns, there was no apology but only excuses.

Arrived and reception was closed. Called the after hours number who said there was no booking and recommended I find somewhere else to stay as they had to wait for manager to call and didn’t know when that would be. Walked up road, 2 hours later found alternate accommodation. Now hotel refusing refund for late cancellation!! It’s with fair trading at the moment. Terrible bad service and hours trying to try and get a refund for a service they did not provide.
