We had to teach a customer service workshop in Hanau and our customer put us up in this hotel. The best thing about this hotel: The staff is very nice and friendly! Otherwise it was a nigh**are. They couldn't find our reservation although I had called three times leading up our stay, and still could not find it at check-in. I had the confirmation on my laptop. For the inconvenience they upgraded us to a junior suite where the heating was broken (we had to find more blankets and put on clothes throughout the night because reception was closed between 10 pm and 6 am), a loud buzzing noise all night made sure that we couldn't sleep and the bathroom was a freezer! The next morning they put us into a new room. Overall opinion: never again in spite of the nice staff.

Standard hotel. A bit hot rooms and uncomfortable beds. But at 89 Euro a night including breakfast it's ok

Everything on this property waz great with the exception of internet which frankly, it was the worst I eve had in any of the 40 countries I visited. The management has to upgrade the system urgently!

Definately not living up to a Plaza Hotel. From Day one not Happy. TV not working. Minibar empty and not connected. Notified that cleaning is only performed every second day. That might be great for the Environment, but not to my expectations. Cleaning itself was performed at the absolut minimum. Many times the room was never really cleaned only the bed made the garbage emptied and the towels exchanged. The view out of the window shows balconies that are definately raise a concern of safety. No Service past 11:00 PM - Had to go through the back door and was feeling unsafe. The Vending Machine never worked.Than no shuttle to the airport. All together never again.
