Everything is nice and new. Very comfortable bed, near everywhere, just walk a bit. Also, XiaoZhu who took a really good care of us. Helping Everything that we need. Really appreciated so much. 😊

As of today (06 May 2024), the hotel is super clean and newly renovated, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou. Its convenient location is perfect for exploring the West Lake. Overall it exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay there again.

Can’t ask for more, very clean, spacious and bright. It’s nearby the Westlake with 5 minutes walk. Restaurants are all around.

The location and the room cleaness were great. But as the building is kind a part of a shopping centre, you can be awaken by some loading/unloading sudden noises. The technology in the rooms is great.

front office have no clue on what they are doing. No proper training to the front officer, only 1 staff know how to check in guest. The rest is just standing there.
