I cannot speak highly enough about my recent stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. Our room boasted a breathtaking view of the traditional infinity pool, adding an extra touch of charm to our experience.
The level of service provided by every member of the staff was unparalleled. The employees at Fourseasons demonstrated a remarkable dedication to meeting every guest's needs with utmost care and attention to detail. Their personalized approach made us feel truly valued throughout our stay.
The culinary experience was equally impressive. The food was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with table reservations, ensuring our dining experiences were nothing short of delightful.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the effort put forth by the entire team in making our family trip so memorable. It is without a doubt that we will return to Hangzhou in the future, and Fourseasons will undoubtedly be our first choice for accommodation once again.

The first room we checked in was a bit run down with several cracks on the marble top of the sink. Another room was only available several hours later.
The front desk staff, in particular Lulu, was quite helpful and attentive. The deputy manager Mr. Yi Zheng was friendly and resourceful, and recommended Four Seasons Hotels in other localities for us for our future trips: a truly Four Seasons Ambassador!

西湖旁邊，離很近，但是進去因為限行的原因很麻煩。尤其是節假日，基本到了限行的地方需要打車。
酒店本身房型偏舊，園林打理的很舒適。
中餐廳確實很好，價格也合適，偏粵菜。

園林景觀很美，完全的中式園林建築風格，帶娃友好，有小童汽車房卡、滑梯、小童活動區等，酒店最吸引我的還是自有碼頭，可避開人羣遊船西湖內湖。另外酒店餐食非常驚艷，早餐種類很多，味道在線，金沙廳味道不用説了還是不錯的，但我還是更偏愛解香樓的餐品～

四季環境優雅，有幸感受到雨中和雨後初晴的景色。
酒店有個私人碼頭，可以在湖上划船，感受靜謐的氛圍，但由於時間有限，有點遺憾沒能體驗。待後續有機會再來感受。
早餐很符合奢華酒店的品質，種類比較豐盛，食材新鮮。
奈何在杭州停留時間太短，衹能期待下次的遇見了。

房間：庭院園景大床房，電視、馬桶、音響等均非智能設備，能感受到年代感，而屋內傢俱、裝飾質感上乘，風格經典耐看，經得住歲月沖刷。打開通往庭院的門，植物、泥士混着露水的清香撲面而來，瞬間講滿園春色引入屋內。
餐飲：酒店配備“金沙廳”和“WL BISTRO”兩家餐廳，出品、服務都很在線，全家愛吃～自助早餐冷盤、中餐、沙拉、各種自製醬料.•更是讓人恨不得再多長一個胃，早餐廳三面植被環繞，在滿眼綠色中盡情享用美食吧～
特色活動：西湖遊船下午茶，提前跟酒店預訂，準時從酒店私家碼頭出發，來往船衹甚少，湖邊植被高低錯落，俯仰間可見悠閑的野鴨、鴛鴦、鸕鶿、PT等“住客”，真真感受到歐陽修所説的“輕舟短棹西湖好，綠水逶迤，芳草長堤”
其他活動：大堂附近有多輛trek自行車供住店客人使用，不過沒有帶親子座椅的，這次就沒能體驗。小童活動室裏玩具很多，益智動手類為主，小朋友一多湊在一起就會玩的不亦樂乎。室內泳池恆温28度，有小童泳卷。
服務：有求必應，親切有度，對小朋友很有耐心
