Hotel location is not very good, also there is a train the passes by, so expect some noise, and the last part, there was a very bad noise from the drain at night, this wasn't acceptable as it was very loud.

The hotel is a great location for a vacation. It's near the metro station (about 7 minutes walking) and has many stores around like a convention store, small restaurant for breakfast. I will definitely be going back next time.

Though the man behind the desk was quite helpful, I was shocked to see the horrific state of the hotel. Bags of trash in front of most guest doors. Carpets that haven’t been cleaned or replaced in years. Had no choice at 2am to just get to bed. I charged my phone in the morning and in my haste left without the charger. I checked out at 8 and left my bags in reception. I collected my bags at 4pm and left and only realized the following night that my charger was left behind. Between 8am to 4pm either no one cleaned the room yet or they didn’t bother to tell me I left it behind when I came back later in the day- knowing full well that I am coming back to collect my bags. I am ashamed that I invited my family over on their first trip abroad to see beautiful China, only to have them walk down a dirty, trash-filled hallway in a hotel that looks like no one wiped it down in years.

Excellent value for money. Location is very convenient and in a quieter district. There are food stores just across the railway (you can walk over in 5mins). My room was away from the railway so I was not disturbed by any noise. Reception staff was always helpful when I asked questions and needed advice. Toilet is clean, room is clean. Water heater and water pressure is excellent. Overall, a good stay and will recommend to friends.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Hangzhou China. The staff are professional, the room is comfortable and the breakfast is good. Look forward to staying here again next time I visit.
