The rooms were really spacious (but no windows).
The location was great s it was about a 10min walk to the West Lake (which was gorgeous), and about a 10-15min walk to the shopping district / night life along Yan’an Road. If that’s too far, there is also another shopping complex just behind the hotel for convenience.
The bed was comfortable and the room came with all necessary amenities, however, the room had no window.
The hotel even offered a farewell gift upon out checkout which was nice and unexpected.

A very very good hotel with affordable price and a very good environment,the overall quality of the hotel is excellent. Both very clean and futuristic,with ai robots and Smart Control. This hotel is so far my all best hotel!!!!!!!

Location is very close to Hefang Street. It would be nice if there is a refrigerator in the room. Rooms have smoking smell and asked to change to another room.

The hotel is modern and well equipped. Location is good and quite central. The only issue I had is that the room stunk of smoke. Staff need to be more vigilant about people smoking in the rooms

Great location. The name of the hotel is different from the website so there was confusion and we had difficulties finding the location on the Didi app. Bathroom smells of cigarette smoke. Staff manning the laundry room was amazing and went the extra mile to help us. Complimentary drink packets were not topped up the second day and we had to ask. They had a big display case but a measly selection of beverages.
