Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel

To dobrze prosperujący hotel z nowymi udogodnieniami i wyposażeniem.

Kiedy zapomniałem zamówić makaron, pani z stoiska z makaronem przyszła mi o to przypomnieć. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, obsługa hotelu była dobra, a ceny rozsądne. Zdjęcia przedstawiają dania z restauracji Canal; pomijając nieco powolną obsługę, wszystko inne było całkiem dobre.

very clean，friendly and convinance. breakfast so many type to choose and 小梅姐also so friendly and intro hangzhou local food to let me to try

The room was surprisingly big, with a huge bathroom, extremely clean. We were surprised to receive a welcome gift of snacks. The gym was very well-equipped for a hotel gym. The breakfast has good variety, with both Chinese and Western options. This is a five-star hotel experience for an affordable price.

We received a free upgrade! Hotel was very nice and clean in general. The gym facilities are very good as well, more machines as compared to other hotels. The location was also good as it was close to food options as well. Overall, its a good stay and will stay there again!

Fantastic stay. All the reviews were true! Classy hotel, like an old 5 star very well maintained. The staff was great! Bed was big and comfortable, complimentary laundry was handy. Surroundings are a bit traffic busy and a bit of noise come up to the room. Improving sound insulation with double windows would be fantastic. Lots of food nearby and a nice canal just out of the door can take you to the west lake in less than an hour of a beautiful stroll, or up north for local neighborhoods. Breakfast was plenty.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even though English communication was somewhat limited, they always made a sincere effort to assist us. My wife is pregnant, and we truly appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful gesture of setting up an air purifier in our room for added comfort and safety. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. There is also a small playground located in the breakfast area, which allows families with children to enjoy a more peaceful meal. During breakfast, Yujie and another staff member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) provided warm and enthusiastic service that made the experience even better. The gym is very well-equipped, featuring a full range of equipment including power racks, and they even offer Pilates facilities. Additionally, there is a “Grandma’s Home” restaurant within a 600-meter walking distance from the hotel, which is very convenient for dining options nearby.

Very good hotel with respectable Chinese breakfast

Great location, 3mins walk to metro, staffs are friendly and kind let me and my friends borrow their phones for food delivery as foreigners can’t use ******* to order foods online. Staffs were patient when communicating with us when we’re trying to speak mandarin. Laundry service is super duper quick and it’s a plus for travellers. Housekeeper aunties worked super hard and they’re so friendly, always smiling. Staff upgraded a room for us upon the check-in so that’s a bonus for us. Definitely come back to stay here for next time visiting Hangzhou
