Very bad hotel and very bad service

The hotel was very ordinary, with minimal amenities.

The pictures in website is deceiving

Totally overpriced compared to other Ibis. Hanover really trades on being a fair city.It took ages for us to check in although we had booked beforehand. The reception staff were totally incompetent: there were 3 of them but only one knew what he was doing. Asked how we could get into town by public transport, we were given the false information. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 adults each: one room was ready and the other made up for just 1 person with no towels at all. That took a while to sort out, which was inconvenient as the guests wanted to shower.

Rezeption sehr freundlich. Zimmer mäßig: keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett, kein Schrank, Zimmerservice in vier Tagen einmal da, kurz vor der Abreise. Zimmer anständig, Fernseher klein, Wasserdruck mäßig. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, nur Heizung.

Im wesentlichen kann im Ibis nur geschlafen werden. Die Bar und das Restaurant sind seit längerer Zeit geschlossen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, ausreichend Parkplätze und einen Snack bzw. Getränke gibt es auch. Essen wird im anliegenden Mercure angeboten. Dort ist das Essen sehr gut, das Ambiente klasse und die Bar gut ausgestattet. War ein guter Aufenthalt!

Zimmer sauber mit sehr bequemem Bett, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen am Empfang.
Bad etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber durch Auststattung und Sauberkeit völlig okay.

Op zich het hotel is prima, nette aankomst hal, en zelfs de kamer ondanks zeer basic voor dat geld, en een super kleine douche, het bed had letterlijk geen matras.. het was een boxspring met een topper er op, en wij betaalde gewoon 120€ voor een nacht met een simpeler dan simpel ontbijt... terwijl wij vaak naar van der valk gaan die kamers zijn misschien 30€ duurder maar zit zeer luxe ontbijt bij plus een bad en top bed.. wij hadden 2 nachten geboekt, omdat wij daar in het ziekenhuis moesten zijn, maar wij zijn de 2e dag net ziekenhuis bezoek gewoon naar huis gereden 5 uur.. zo vreselijk was het..

Sadece gecelem için iyi. Odada kahve, su, buzdolabı yok. Dışta şampuan yok, kendiniz getirmeniz gerekir. Onun dışında ***et temiz, diğer olanakları iyi.
