A nice hotel located not far from tram station. Room is spacious and clean . I really enjoy the breakfast

A cost-effective option to stay for a night in the area. Be aware that the fitness center is not included in the room price. I've never seen anyone using it while I was there, it's always locked.

I have stayed here regularly visiting family since 2007 and it’s still my favorite place to stay in Hannover. I usually try to book the „apartment standard plus“ with a separate sleeping area. Since it is on the fourth floor it can get pretty hot up there in the summer since there is no AC. The location is convenient not far from the tram stop, breakfast buffet is very good (minus the fact that there is no decaf coffee), it is very clean and there are laundry facilities (for a charge). What more do you need? Would definitely recommend, especially for longer stays.

Check-in after 15:00 was inconvenient as there have been rooms available but "my designated one".
But maybe there was a reason not to book me to these.
Anyhow, a pleasent stay, thank you.

Interesting hotel, not the usual, but comfortable and clean. Disappointed that the gym would have cost me more (and I had already paid over €300 per night). Helpful and attentive staff. Interesting room on the top floor - kitchen and lounge area, but no kettle or any tea/coffee facilities. Convenient for the tram stop. I would go again.

Dit appartementen hotel is ondergebracht in de oude Pelikan pennenfabriek. Dit industriële pand is omgetoverd tot een sfeervol hotel. Ruime kamers, netjes en schoon en met prima bedden. Je kunt er tegen betaling ook ontbijten en er is een bar. In de appartement is een keukentje met kookplaat en koelkast. Afgezien van wat glazen is er geen keuken inventaris. Kan gehuurd worden bij de receptie of zelf meenemen. Parkeren kan gratis op straat. Het ligt op 300 meter van de U-Bahn, waarmee je in 15 minuten in het centrum bent. Een dagkaart kost € 6,80. We hebben gekozen voor een Hannover card (€ 16 voor 2 dagen pp met nog andere voordelen. We hebben een prima en leuk verblijf gehad.

für die erste Hotelübernachtung in Hannover war es für meine frau und mich ein gutes Erlebnis.
Leider haben wir im Frühstücksraum eine 2. Kaffe-maschine vermisst und die Brötchen hätten wir gerne
in einem Minibackofen aufgebacken.
