The service in the hotel is excellent. I would like to specifically thank the concierge staff who helped me with my taxi booking . I tried to call Grab but after waited 30 mins, the car still never arrive . I have booked a day tour cruise and will be late to reach the pick up point . The concierge staff was very proactive and suggested to call a taxi for me . The taxi arrived shortly and he helped me to communicate to the driver on the location I want to go .
The room is spacious and clean . The buffet breakfast spread is good . The staff are friendly and helpful in the restaurant too.

Booked for 7N. Hotel has a big hall . Staff speaks English and are pleasant and helpful. There is a Highlands Coffee next door. Across the road there’s a supermarket around 15mins walk and bakery shops and eateries along the way.

Great location and frienly staff, but very old and very dirty. good place for people who dream about Pullman Hotel. But nothing like Pullman as hotel is very dirty and full of bugs instead. BUT I can REALLY say that STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY in any ways. food is not that good compare with ones whose brands read accor. This time due to lack of Accor brands hotel in Hanoi, i had to stay in Pullman Hanoi But. nextime if i can catch another Accor brand hotel, i would not pick up this hotel.
