Hanoi l'Heritage Centre Hotel & Spa

This is a great location in the Old Quarter. The hotel staff is friendly and greeted us with tea and candy. The location is very convenient to get to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and had a great view of the streets below.

A clean and luxurious hotel in the heart of the old quarter. So close to so many great shops and restaurants. We received a free upgrade to a room with a balcony where I was able to watch the bustling streets while I sipped my free coffee. What a great experience.

We recently stayed at L’Heritage Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The standout feature was the impeccable service, particularly from Finn, who ensured our stay was seamless. From organizing tours to providing a map with local attractions during check-in and answering our messages while he was off from work, he went above and beyond. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the bathroom had complete amenities. Complimentary daily water bottles were a thoughtful touch. While the breakfast was decent, I'd suggest adding more vegan options. A noteworthy gesture was a complimentary airport ride due to unforeseen circumstances with our booked room. Overall, L’Heritage Hotel's service and amenities left a positive impression, making our stay in Hanoi memorable.

올드쿼터에 위치해 있어서 로컬 식당이나 카페, 유명 관광지 가기에 최적화되어 있습니다. 보통 이런 좋은 위치에 있는 호텔은 비싸기 마련인데 합리적인 가격으로 묵을 수 있다는 것이 장점입니다. 하노이 자체가 그렇게 한국인들이 많이 가는 관광지가 아니라서 한국인들 리뷰를 보고 숙소를 찾는 것이 어려웠는데 잘 선택한 것 같습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 항상 먼저 인사를 건네주고, 특히 리셉션에 Chan Vu라는 직원이 많이 도움이 되었어요. 제가 선택한 트윈베드룸은 두명이 묵기에 딱 좋고 딱히 호텔로서 단점이랄 게 없는 방이었습니다. 다음에 또 하노이에 온다면 다시 여기에서 지내고 싶어요!
