The staff are so nice and kind, I like them so much! I will definitely choose this hotel when I come back to hanoi!!!!

Great location in the heart of the old quarter. The hotel is neat and the rooms as well. Large breakfast with a lot of choice

The hotel was in a great location. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Good breakfast was served every day. On trip.com, there are pictures of a rooftop pool and bar, which does not exist. Other than that, it was nice.

1. Corridor lighting is an energy-saving auto cut-off when there is no movement.
2. Toilet flushing is water-saving by 2 types of volume.
3. Bed two sides had power points.
4. The shower area has no frame to leave soap or shampoo.
5. TV rack is very near to the main door, difficult access to the room.
6. At big TV rack table does not have power points to use the kettle.
7. Restaurant on 14 floors, the elevator only access to 12 floors.

The location is within old quarters and near ho hoan kiem lake. The night market is only stone throw away.
However I had a power outage twice on the 1st night of stay. The staff were however prompt to restore power quickly. Within 20 mins or so.
Also the shower room has no shelf to place shower gel shampoo and spectacles. A lack of attention to details.
Overall it is a pleasant stay
