Great location, in walking distance from the train street and old town. Some of the nicest staff, very kind and helpful. They kept my luggage before check in and then already put it in the room for me.
The room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Got mini fridge, kettle and complimentary coffee/tea.

This has to be the most affordable clean hotel which is literally at the centre of all the places you would want to see in Hanoi city centre. It’s close to the train street, the famous Banh Min 25, note cafe , the lake and more. I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it.

Absolute garbage room, was disgusting dirty smelly, toilet overflowing. Contacted management they said they would fix it so we sat there while they turned water off then we couldn't shower. They said nonrefundable. So it's ok to have broken dirty rooms but since nonrefundable can't get money back? What a sick rule. Trip should Vet these hotels and stop being so greedy. We are travelers and shouldn't have to deal with scam turds like this

Well located near the Train Street. Super good value for money and friendly staff. Rooms are a bit old and used but it’s what you can expect from a hotel of that range.

Rubbish experience. Do not stay here! Shower head had half fallen off and the pressure constantly changed. There was bed bugs, hair in the sheets and bedding had not been cleaned with marks evident.

Room is clean. Staff are friendly. Close to train station and bus stop. The bus 86 go directly to airport. I'm very satisfied this hotel.
