Clean and conformable room. We had a complimentary fruit plate at check-in. The staff is nice and helpful. I would visit again, but need room with better view.

洗面所お風呂シャワートイレルームは部屋と同じぐらい広く、必要なシャンプーリンス、ボディソープなど揃えてあり、快適でした。朝食は質が良い種類も豊富で満足でした。機会があれはまた利用したいと思います。

I had a chance to stay at The Q during my holiday. I got a suggestion from some of my mates and the Q lived up to my expectations. Service was good, room was tidy and clean. The food at the restaurant was superb with a friendly explanation from the staff when they told me the history of the food i had. I got this drink which i found kinda unique and tasty, its a must-drink i suggest. Will come back for sure

Fantastic hotel in the old quarter. Great location and nearby most things. The room was massive, clean and had all the things we needed. The breakfast was ok. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help. Great shower and so many tv channels

Stayed here with our tour group. Hotel is in good location. Can walk to most places of interest. Most staff, were very obliging. Nam (bellman supervisor) very helpful with places to go and how to get there. Good dining and bars nearby. Plenty of taxi, grab transport, motor scooters and rickshaw if you choose not to walk.

Great support and arrangement at the hotel by Miss Alice and organised our city tour and had local food with a guide. It was an awesome experience we visited few of the old street food joints. The highlight was the iconic egg coffee was great indeed.

A beautiful hotel with a very nice and very helpful staff. Every questions and wishes perfectly taken care of, especially Alice was very nice. The room looked amazing and was very comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious with good selection.

Small hotel, great service and in-house spa. Beds were very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful with good command of English. Breakfast a bit disappointing and a minuscule bar. Everything clean. Slowest lifts ever and very small so peak hour after breakfast was a long wait. Did not enjoy the massage at the spa, I’m not sure what the masseuses experience or qualifications were, but it wasn’t a good massage, husband was also dissatisfied with his massage. Only stayed here as part of a tour, would not return as it’s a little below the standard of hotel we usually select. Having said that I think it was adequate for the price point and was clean.
