Friendly staff, beautiful & clean worth for the price. A little far from town however overall are good.

Not a great hotel to be honest. Location is far away from the relevant places. The first night we discovered a bloodstain on the quilt and the front desk first said they would only look at it the next morning, then finally replaced it. The room was cold and ac couldn't be changed to hot air, breakfast is quite meager, not a very great stay to be honest. Towels seemed to be very old and the kettle had lots of stains inside, not a very clean place either so to say.

Very good for travel ha noi. Rooms could think little bit smaller but every smaller and cheaper hotels in Vietnam like this. Hillary was best for sure.

Solid location, pretty good room, staff can barely speak English.
When i was checking out, i asked receptionist to call me a Taxi to the airport. She called it, and told me, ride would cost 200.000 VND.
Just in case, i asked the driver when he came what's the price, he told me 300.000 VND.
I came back to the hotel to confront him with the receptionist. She was acting like she didn't realize he said 200.000 and after conversation with taxi driver, he told me: ' this time you can pay 200.000 😂
I really hope not all Vietnamese think foreigners are ******.
