I had a wonderful time staying at Spoon hotel in Hanoi. The location is great and close to the main destinations, two minute walk from the train street. The staff was awesome, very welcoming and did their best to help me once needed. They also prepared fruits, cake and flowers on my b-day which absolutely blew my mind away ! They also handle low cost amazing trips to the places near Hanoi. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends !

Nothing to complain for price we paid.Amazing service,good food not a big choice but freshly prepared,located in central area of Hanoi-plenty of attractions and food places,helpful reception easy to book tours or transfer!Thanks a lot really appreciate for all your help during our stay!!!Julija

The location is in the market but conveniently located near the train street. The bed and the pillows are soft and comfortable. The foods are good enough for the price. The only downside about this hotel is the door of the room. There is a small opening where you can be seen from outside.

Amazingly friendly staff. Extremely helpful without being pushy. We were on a budget, not group-tours, trip and they offered us great options to travel north and south. Helped to book trains, buses and even moto taxis. Wonderful local street food suggestions for foodies-lovers like us. Sweet, respectful, knowledgeable and flexible. And location is just perfect if looking to be downtown. Genuinely the best experience ever!

Very quiet hotel, good sound insulation but still in the heart of the town.
the owner is such a nice and helpful person, she helped deal with some issues that I had. The English is well spoken.
Room is cosy, clean, tied up, very comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is in the old district of the city and have a lots of shops and markets around. It’s very convenient place with a good price. Definitely easy.
