Location is good. Room was serviced,But wasn’t very clean to begin with

When I arrived at hotel,they said the canceled it. HAD TO PAY AGAIN AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED REFUND FOR FIRST BOOKING EVEN THOU THEY SAID THEY WILL.

Die 4 Sterne hat das Hotel nicht verdient. Als erstes war es ein schöner Eindruck aber der Schein trüb die Decke musste man selber bedecken, etwas was ich in kein anderes Hotel erlebt habe und sauber war es auch nicht wirklich.

前台小姐姐很熱情。房間還可以。乾淨。就是中文讀是河內大酒店。其實不是。我到達河內後。打車去的河內大酒店。後。前台説不是。所以希望中國過來的遊客。弄好翻譯過來的地址

色んな観光名所にアクセスしやすい場所にあり、料金はお手頃でよかった。当日に予約したが、スムーズに宿泊できた。スタッフに簡単な日本語を話せる人がいた。また泊まりたい。

Bad experience with this hotel * I was booked this hotel on 02 march 2024 for my trip on 28-30 march 2024 via Agoda I have reconfirm on 7 march with staff named xin chao, at that moment the staff ask me for wait a moment while the staff check my booking….”no news” On 27 march 2024 hotel email tell that my booking on pending list & ask me to find another hotel because their fully booked & blamed me because i don’t do reconfirmation after booking on agoda. Becarefull with your booking in this hotel.

*DO NOT STAY HERE* If you are thinking of staying in July 2023, consider the fact that they have building work (drilling and hammering) that is going on in the building adjacent, with work starting at 6:45am and lasting most of the day. When I asked about this the receptionist disputed this and said that she only heard it at 8:45am, so, I had to take recordings to prove this to her. We were offered a free "upgrade" (although the only difference was a larger bed, and not other wise an improvement, but we accepted this in the hope to escape the noise of building work, but it could still clearly be heard. Quite a few broken items in the rooms too, including multiple lights, kettles and the safe was broken in both rooms we stayed in. Overall, extremely poor experience at this hotel, the photos are clearly either outdated or staged. We booked for 6 nights at this hotel but only ended up staying for 3 after being encouraged to leave by the staff after making several complaints. We were offered a refund for the inconvenience and after inquiring if it would be a full refund and them implying that it would be, we agreed to move elsewhere for the rest of our stay in Hanoi. However, on check-out we were told we would only be refunded for the remainder of our stay and the receptionist told us you get what you pay for and when I clarified if this meant I should expect to hear building work, have a room that is not cleaned properly, with broken appliances, mosquitoes (at least 6) in the room on arrival and long black hairs on the pillow cases... to which she shrugged and nodded. Furthermore, when we were checking out the staff made us cancel our booking so that it would appear we did not stay there and I assume to stop us from posting a poor review of the hotel on the booking site. Finally, the staff did try to help (hence the 2 stars rather than 1) and I appreciate that the build work is outwith the control of the hotel, but the experience of stay at this hotel was certainly not a good one and I would not recommend it to anyone.
