This was such an awesome trip. It was a bit like a whirlwind when you first arrive. But they helped with EVERYTHING!
They were so kind and welcoming it was like staying at your family's home. During my stay it was quite cold and they went to great lengths so that my room would be warm and I was comfortable. I was there around the New Year holiday and they even welcomed me with a meal. All in all great people, great experiences. Will definitely be back! 😁

The hotel staff are very helpful and location is good. The price we paid included a good spread of breakfast. It is a good 3 star hotel that worth to stay.

Shower drained very slowly. Staff very hard to negotiate with and they wanted to charge extra money for everything. We're not used to negotiating just to get tolerable prices.

Location was great, within walkable distance to interesting attractions such as the train street, the cathedral, a temple and many more. Staffs are very knowledgeable about the area and are more than willing to help arrange your trip.

Amazing treatment and solution problem from the shop. Very good price and helps a lot with transfers.

Location is good for me, easy to get and go.
Staffs are very kind, friendly, and very helpful.
The only thing that I do not impressed here is about air conditioning in 405 room. It doesn't work. Have to open fan. But it was not not and stay only 1 night so it was fine.
The room doesn't look as wide as shown in photos, a bit old, but yes, this is old quarter and it's worth the money I paid for 2 people with a very pleasant breakfast.
I enjoy Hanoi, Vietnam !
