La Passion Hanoi Hotel & Spa

First off, the location is unbeatable. Very central get away from the super noisy bars. Do note that morning there will be a rooster waking you up around 7am. Managed to check in smoothly. The staff Joseph is friendly and helpful. Most of the staff are. The design of the hotel looks like mandarin oriental, still pretty good looking. The bed is comfortable. In terms of house keeping, they do it every single day. Even though I specifically put the Do not Disturb sign. It felt nice to come back with my bed made and the room is clean up. The shower gel and bath are recycled. They basically reuse the bottles. I’m fine with that. Do not use the room slippers, cause it’s reused too. I’m not using the same slippers from other guests. Aircon works well for me. Hot water also. But there is one day the hot water have some issues. So I showered with cold water. Only tried the breakfast one time. Wasn’t ideal as I didn’t really enjoyed any of the food. Rooftop bar still renovating I guess. Overall, if the price is not too expensive, I will consider staying here again. Thanks to the good level of service.

Totally enjoyed staying at LA Passion. It is very close to everything so we were able to walk practically everywhere. Staff were all very nice and easy to converse with. I enjoyed the chicken noodle soup for breakfast.

酒店衞生正常 環境亦正常 位於市中心，環劍湖一帶周五六日會封路，酒店位於封路範圍外，車輛繁忙. 有一定噪音。

정말 친절한 직원들, 최고의 서비스 정말 모든 분야에서 일하는 직원들 전체가 친절합니다 여기서 하롱베이 투어도 이용했는데 아주 좋았습니다 직원들이 영어를 잘 구사해서 의사소통에 문제가 없습니다 다만 방에 샤워실 배수구에서 물이 잘 안빠집니다 그부분이 아쉽습니다 그리고 인테리어가 예쁘고 방도 넓고 쾌적해서 2박 묵는데 불편함이 없었습니다 위치도 너무 좋고 무엇보다 직원들이 친절한게 가장 도움이 되었습니다 감사합니다

Awesome hotel with excellent location with walkable distance for shopping , street food , Beer street .. Breakfast was excellent with good spread and staffs are very helpful and best in class service with cute and smiling face always .. We also got good exchange rate for our currency in the hotel itself .. We really love this hotel and we wanted to come again and stay here very soon..

Best hotel we’ve stayed in Hanoi! The rooms were lovely, spacious and modern. Linh and Anna were especially accommodating and very friendly. Perfect location, right between the old quarter and the French quarter. Would highly recommend this hotel! Wish we stayed longer here.

This hotel's biggest strength lies in its fantastic location. Nestled right in the heart of the historic district, it offered easy access to all the cultural gems the area has to offer. The staff truly impressed us with their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile. They were a delight to interact with, and their assistance helped make our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was perfectly adequate for our needs, offering clean and comfortable accommodations. However, potential guests should be aware that some rooms face directly onto the street. While this provides a vibrant atmosphere, it can also be quite noisy, especially during peak hours. Traffic noise, including car horns and motorcycles, can be disruptive to sleep. Therefore, if a peaceful nighttime environment is a priority, requesting a room on the quieter side of the hotel is highly recommended.
