It was a pleasant surprise when we checked into the hotel. We were greeted with great customer service, very clean and comfortable rooms with some main attractions all within walking distance. Thank U!

Location was perfect 👍🏻 we are right by 東正大街 and only 8 minutes drive away from Harbin Railway station.
The room was pretty warm and clean I would have give it a 8 out of 10 until I turned on the washroom ventilation overnight, it started smell terrible in the morning …
Besides that everything is ok, you just have to deal with all smoking rooms

A very nice & helpful butler! We bought Volga Manor tickets + shuttle from the travel agency in the lobby. Hotel is located right opposite of Zhongyang Main Street.

Great location, right across is the start of Zhong Yang Street. We went mid Dec, with temps of around -10 to -33 at night, the hotel location allowed us to still be able to do some sightseeing by just crossing the road. The rooms are warm and spacious. Hotel breakfast had a good variety, a great plus point having hot breakfast on site!
Hotel right on a busy road made getting taxis very easy. It's under 10 mins walk to Sophia cathedral, walkable during the day if wrapped up warm! Train station is around 10 mins away, airport around 35mins away by cab

It was very good staying here, very central and generally a decent hotel - loved the sculpture in the lobby and the kindness of the staff, the thoughtful handwritten note, etc.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues.
Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily.
Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming.
The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell.
One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing.
Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

Everything was excellent. Especially bellboy 海哥 who was there to provide help to whatever we need. Will use the same hotel whenever we visit Harbin again.
