What a lovely experience! The hotel staff are super friendly and caring. I broke my snow boots and everyone tried to help me get out of them. It's a quick walk to Sophia Cathedral which was breathtakingly beautiful!

Ok location. Very poor cleanliness. The carpet looked like never cleaned. The window view just has view of the parking lot, not worth the extra cost. Walls are paper thin, can hear neighbors, noise and smoking as well. Overall, don’t recommend for families. Not a 4 star hotel as advertised.

The location and hotel neighbourhood was nice. It is a walking distance to St. Sophia Church. Room was clean and housekeeping was doing so well. The staff was not english spoken, but they are helpfull.
We choose a room without window and it is a bit dark. If i am travelling again, i will choose the room with window.
There are XueXiang Tour & Travel Office near the lobby. In case you need to find a tour to xue xiang.

Room was ok. But there's no central heater in our room. The socket for heater temp controller was spoilt. Thus we complained and gave us 2 portable heaters.
