just ok room for youngsters. not a family hotel. though rooms were neat and clean. But its an old property and needs renovation.

Gujarati gali is the best gali food is good near by maza aa gya humne 3 rooms lie the hotel staff was polite and humble. hotels near walking distance form railway station 🚉⛽

Overall a good experience, the staff were nice and helpful, room and washroom was clean, bed was more than comfortable for 2 people

Hotel rooms are in poor shape. Had to ask for towels also. Staff not available to take luggage. Mugs with broken handles. Broken almira etc

The hotel is good position in haridwar u can easily go for food and river site the hotel located at 5 minutes far of railway station

Worst hotel, I have ever stayed in. We booked an AC room but due to power cuts AC has not worked for more than 3 hours, only fan working with generator, which is a torture in this heat. And the torture is yet to come at this 40 + degree heat the generator stopped working at 1 am and no fan either, at 3:30 am we had to shout and create a lot of noise then the hotel management got a mechanic to sort the generator for fan at least. All nearby hotels had generator running all night. Imagine the torture with no ventilation in the room. Even after all this torture we did not get a refund for the AC room charge. I did see the the hotel rate card had non AC rooms, so if not the full or 50% of the room rent the AC difference of fare should absolutely be refunded. I have raised a complaint and waiting for resolution. The hotel is well located but rooms have no ventilation. The room and bathroom has lots of small cockroaches which came out at night. There is no Lift, but the staff help with the luggage. I would never recommend anyone to book rooms in this hotel.
