We had booked through an online portal and though not required to pay an advance , had paid . At the last moment while we were on the way , they shifted us to another of their hotels further away from the central part . Our aim was to see the Ganga aarti in the morning and this shift was very inconvenient for us as my aged parents were also with us. Place we went was shabby, bed linen was soiled and we had to ask them to change the linen before going to sleep. They did not have spares, so got some brand new ones which they had stored for us to use. Overall a place I would never ever recommend .

You can find a good budget other hotels. this one i dont recommand. Smelly and DAMPNESS in room, Beds are not good and smelly , pillow are bad, blankets are bad, room not clean, basic bathroom amenities are not there. Feels like dark and dull in this hotel. Overall bad experiance.
