Hotel Kush Ganga Heritage

They charged me for a dirty towel? How much? 1000 bucks. Fought me over it and then proceeded to overcharge me for the stay i agreed to everything since i was with my family and they were the rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. Get a cheaper hotel, i’m sure they’ll have better hospitality than this mid range one.

The location is near har ki pauri, you can reach har ki pauri in 2 minutes. The hotel service is good, rooms are clean, the only problem i see is standard room size is too small.

It was wonderful experience to stay and food was also good. We can visit with family if we are looking for a good stay with good food in hari ki pauri. They also provide tourist vehicles to visit all nearest famous locations. I will suggest try deluxe thali of this hotel restaurant.

I stayed there for a short time but memories are very nice. Hotel's. Staff is very polite and co-operative. Room service is excellent. It is very near from the ' hear ki pod i.

The property is located in interior side of market very congested area very difficult to approach if you have luggage you have to carry it all the way to battery rickshaw stand about 1 km away very difficult for old age women

The place was a gem, in between various below average properties, considering the location limitation. Washroom was good and special mention about restaurant, we can get hygienic food, eating outside the hotel premises is a un hygienic due to open drain and sewerage running through

We had a wonderful stay experience. The hospitality was very good as well. The hotel was easy to approach from the car parking.

The hotel name booked is kush ganga heritage but actually the name is kush ganga only! room no 301 bed size was very less, could not have proper sleep! it seems we have wasted rs 12000- for 2 rooms booked for 2 couples ! very bad experience! the tariff is just double charged! matter of concern! some relief cash back should be given

Hotel kush ganga heritage is comfortably nestled in the first bylane next to ganga ji. While approaching the hotel, one may feel a bit skeptical but, the staff there is amazing and the super deluxe room with ganga view was superb. From the hotel, hear ki pauri is 300-400m and to reach ganga ghat it takes 2 min. The hospitality of the staff especially yogeshji and rohit was par comparison. We needed a taxi for visiting rishikesh and neelkanth temple, which was readily arranged. Information about kl panditji was also made available through a panditji. Food was fabulous specially a loo parantha ) you need tonpark personal cars at den dayal upadhyay car park which is about 500m from there.
