賓館服務良好，態度好，早餐不錯，停車方便，房間寬敞，美中不足的是夜裡冰箱有點大，空調聲音也有點大，服務態度整體不錯👍

Great driver that picked us up and told us about 2 drinks gratis at happy hour! Thank you! Very kind and friendly check in staff and room was stunning! Good breakfast, too! We got caught up in winter storms and IAH ground stop so hadn't planned to stay in Harlingen. What a wonderful surprise...such kind people...darn, would liked to have checked out local community...perhaps next time!

The breakfast was nice, and they had lots of nice touches like cookies and a free two drink evening beer/wine. The hot water for the shower could be hotter, but otherwise it was a great value.

I was pleasantly surprised to find more than I expected as far as amenities and service. I would stay here again definitely. Please fix the missing floor molding into elevator #2. I saw an elderly lady trip and almost face plant.

Gym is rather small... and not many equipment... other than that, excellent hotel and service.

Everyone was super polite and helpful. The only thing we found odd for this hotel was the condition of the shuttle van. It was very old and looked sketchy. Thankfully everything else felt like what you’d expect from this hotel chain. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had!
