Bardzo podobał mi się mój pobyt w Clarion Hotel Arcticus i nie zawaham się polecić go innym. Hotel położony jest tuż przy porcie ze wspaniałymi widokami na góry i łatwo dostępny pieszo z dworca autobusowego (5 minut). Mój pokój był czysty i przestronny, personel był przyjazny i pomocny przez cały czas, a na śniadanie w formie bufetu był szeroki wybór opcji. Wieczorny posiłek (wliczony w cenę pokoju) był również doskonały. Tak tak!

Tutaj w cenę wliczony jest również obiad oraz podwieczorek/kawa z odrobiną słodkości. Śniadanie było naprawdę dobre i było normalne jedzenie, jak zwykle w hotelach. Pokój był niesamowicie przestronny, a poduszki itp. Były tak dobre. Mieliśmy wannę w pokoju 408. Sauna znajduje się na 4 piętrze z niesamowitym widokiem na morze. Siłownia jest w tym samym miejscu. Personel był przyjazny i dobrze znał okoliczne kąpieliska itp. Hurtigruten też tu przyjeżdża. Samochód można zaparkować po drugiej stronie garażu. Jest bezpłatny w godzinach 14:00-8:00. Innym razem możesz zapłacić kartą lub np. w Easypark. Naprawdę łatwo jest polecić ten hotel.

W samym centrum miasta. Wystrój pokoju nieco stary i przestarzały. Personel ogólnie przyjazny, ale nie zobaczysz wielu uśmiechów; ) Supermarket za hotelem. Tuż przy porcie. Najdroższy pokój będzie miał widok na port - osobiście nie zawracałbym sobie głowy opłatą za podniesienie standardu. Świetna nowa sauna z widokiem na zewnątrz. Śniadania i kolacje są wliczone w cenę pokoju i mają bardzo standardową jakość.

Nowoczesny hotel Bardzo dobrze położony, ale z dość małymi pokojami Dobra kawiarnia, w której można coś zjeść, ze wspaniałym bufetem śniadaniowym i dość śródziemnomorskimi godzinami Co pozwala zjeść przekąskę w południe i już zjeść dobry obiad Obsługa recepcji jest bardzo profesjonalna i w sala można wynająć wycieczki i zajęcia

Best about stay: The hotel was very clean, hospitality was superior from other hotels. Great location and close to shopping. Could be better: There is absolutely nothing I could think of. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay there. Missing Benefits: I did not become a member until I found out that it was no longer part of Choice Hotels and was Strawberry. Positive Impression: The entire dining room staff for breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Enjoyed speaking to them all. They were very personable and very welcoming. The most impressive staff members were Helen, Trine and Hannah. All three ladies were very personable and very informative. They provided places to visit and see the great sites of Norway. They always found time to answer any and all questions that I had. I will definitely miss their outstanding customer service. Not to shorthand the rest of the staff as they all were excellent. These three women were great. Looking forward to the day I return back to Norway. Your staff's hospitality is something here in the states I wish we can improve on. Thanks again for a memorable stay!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Arcticus. The hotel is well located and is providing nice and spacious rooms. A gym is also including a sauna with a wonderful view. To note the warm welcome at the reception desk (the person’s name was Trine) where very useful information about my trip and interesting places to visit in the neighborhood were given. This set the positive tone of my stay at this hotel.

We booked our last night of our vacation there before getting the plane back from Eveness. We booked deluxe rooms, and the package included breakfast and dinner. It was an excellent stay, and we found it was good value. the rooms were very nice, with a nice view from large windows on the sea. The quality of the breakfast was quite good. There is no parking but there are a lot of parking places in the street, which by the way are free from 3pm saturday till monday 8am. We did not take the dinner there, and we regret that. We thought that for our last night we should go out. To be honnest we went to a restaurant, which was not cheap, and was not very good, and the buffet at the hotel looked quite ok. Unless you can get a table , and want to go, in the 1-2 best restaurants (Umami), we would suggest to have dinner there. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast and dinner were included, both simple but enough to satisfy me. A tour group had breakfast and they ate most of the food, staff wasn't quick enough to replenish them. My room was dark, there were at least 5 lamps in the room which I had to turn on most of them. Laundry (washer & dryer) was 50kr total. Free parking weekends only.
