First I must say the price in brochure is not the price you pay. This hotel has staff that do not have any idea what they are doing. The room was not clean the mini bar was mouldy I strongly advise you to look for better options. Please don't book here I tried tod pay my bill on departure and was told the bill was paid , this I asked for that to be verified that was not possible I latter received a bill in the post so called the hotel for clarification the person I spoke to said she was only a trainee and the price had been agreed on a email this was note true again I urge you take care

Waren über den 1. Mai 2022 im Burghotel mit einem vom Hotel sehr gut arrangierten Programm. Alles lief zur besten Zufriedenheit, wir wurden sehr gut untergebracht und vom Personal freundlich umsorgt. Für kürzerer oder längere Aufenthalte für Radfahrer kann ich dieses stilvolle Hotel nur empfehlen! Haselünne und insbesondere das Burghotel ist immer eine Reise wert!

Wir haben uns 2019 ein Wochenende bei Animod gegönnt mit Berentzenführung. Durch COVID-19 war die Reise erst jetzt möglich. Der Empfang verlief super freundlich, Unterlagen wurden uns übergeben, der Gang durch sehr alte, verwinkelte Gemäuer folgte. Wir waren im Nachbarhaus untergebracht und waren sehr überrascht. Wir bekamen ein Businesszimmer zugeteilt und hatten ein ruhiges zur Nebenstr. bekommen. Modernes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Minibar (Flasche 2.-) , riesigem Flat-TV, Wasserkocher, Bett mit leider zu weichen Matratzen. Im Arrangement gab es 15% Rabatt im Nebengebäude. Wirklich sehr, sehr gute Speisen, super freundlicher Service, einfach perfekt. Die Führung bei Berentzen mit anschließender Verköstigung war sehr interessant und lecker!!! Einen kleinen Minuspunkt bekommt das Hotel für die unprofessionelle Buchung der Führung, die ich 3 mal anfordern musste. Auf die Reservierung des Tisches im Restaurant warte ich heute noch (haben wir dann selber gemacht). Es war wirklich eine Freude, hier zu nächtigen, wenn man bedenkt, dass es sich hier „nur“ um ein 3* Hotel handelt.

Solides Hotel mit ausreichend großen und sehr sauberen Zimmern. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage überaus gut. Super zentrale und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Sollten wir noch mal Ian Haselünne übernachten, dann wahrscheinlich wieder in diesem Hotel.
