Great Riad with a very friendly personnel and a stylish, traditional architecture with the desert behind the doors and hot water that appears immediately (which is not common in Morocco). Don’t look for a different riad in the area - choose Kashba Aiour

We had a lovely stay at the rhiad. It is simply Devine. Gorgeous design, beautiful interior, comfortable rooms, delicious food. And the best part are the staff- so friendly and helpful - authentic Moroccan hospitality. Special shout out to Saido who helped us tremendously. Cannot wait to return back. Thank you

The place is just outstanding and so warming, rooms are clean with WiFi , hot water and AC, people working there are young and the kindest u can ask for , they make you feel home. Omar is welcoming you from the first minute to the last , music and animation are great , merzouga deserts are just two paths away, for the food Mouna is handling this, she even taught us how to prepare some tasty meals that we'll never forget. If u wanna do some excursions ( 4*4 , camels , skateboarding... ) just ask omar , he will get u this with the best prices. I'm definitely coming back !

The staff were unwelcoming/unfriendly. The food was absolutely atrocious. Constant hand demanding tips. Don’t accept a credit card Rooms were nice but noisy noisy noisy when the wind blew, keeping you up all night.

When I book this desert camp tent, the pictures were great and had very good looking. The camp from this riad is named "Aiour Luxury Camp". The interior of the tents is still great. But the bathroom had sand inside and the toilet paper looked like had been wet and dry after. The tents were all full of dirty from outside and in a general way, the camp was not looking at all like the excellent pictures they presented in the site. Though the interiors are great, the service was poor and did not correspond to what they were selling in the site. The included dinner for two people was poor and they only served one dish for two people (Meat Tajin) with very little parts of meat (almost all bones and vegetables). They had two tables outside the restaurant tent, but there was only one light spot. I had to turn on the lantern of my mobile so I could see the food. The waiter saw that and seemed to don't care. The Wi-fi in the camp was very weak what made me to go to the main building, the riad. For what I payed I expected much more. I understand however, that in this city, the locals don't care about anything. They do not seem to have any experience in tourism training at all.

Espectacular tanto a nivel de diseño como de ubicación, instalaciones y atención de todo el equipo del Riad. Disfrutamos de su restaurante con una cena variada y muy sabrosa de platos típico y de gran calidad. Por la mañana nos despedimos paseando a las dunas con el amanecer y un rico desayuno para continuar el viaje.

Nous avons logé dans les tentes. Tout est parfait: l’accueil, le confort, le chauffage, le repas, la vue, le petit déjeuner, la soirée berbère. Nous avons fait une balade en dromadaire au moment du couché de soleil, et c’était magnifique 🙂🙂

La mejor experiencia que te puedes encontrar en el desierto de Marruecos, es algo extraordinario que no se puede describir, se ha de ir e experimentarlo. Bárbara es una excelente anfitriona. Tiene muchas posibilidades y diferentes de alojamientos. La comida excelente. Todo muy limpio, la decoración es de película.

Todo el personal muy amable y atentos. Tienes el desierto a dos pasos. El desayuno y la cena de diez! Tuvimos un percance y la dueña se mostro dispuesta a ayudarnos y aconsejarnos, preocupandose para que disfrutaramos de nuestro viaje
