Close to both Hastings beach and railway station with a great seaview. The shortage is that there are too many stairs and amenities are a little bit old.

The room was cold no central heating radiator could be seen in the room and the ensuite bathroom is narrow in width.

Old, run down hotel with suspicious brown spots on the ceiling and walls showing signs of mold. The room was better looking than the hotel in general, but still not very comfortable. The bathroom was not heated, and the lock was very rudimental. The pillows were terribly hard, and ended up sleeping with our heads on the mattress. We had booked for two nights, but considered leaving after the first. There was no other option nearby for the second night, so stayed also the second night.

Very disappointed, had expected better, was told no available breakfast as not worth opening kitchen, staircases drap and in need of repair and decoration, the lift that could on take ONE person had seen better days. With the right inves**ent cold be one of the best hotels in Hastings. .this hotel and staff not what i was expecting.

We loved the stay in the Hotel. The only downside was the lift. We had to go into it as singles. Took ages to get up and down. Also the window safety lock was broken. A good job we had no small kids with us. Overall a pleasant hotel and friendly staff. I also believe the breakfast should have been included at the price we paid for the night. We also had the pleasure of the local winos screaming and shouting and fighting below our window.
