Just opposite of central festival, my second stay with the hotel and have no complaint from the service given til the environment. Smooth process as well.

My friend recommended this hotel and our stay was very good. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and efficient.
Location is very convenient, you can just walk to the shopping mall, Central. It's also about 15min walk to Asean night market
The room is spacious, bright and clean. The pillows, blanket and mattress are clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is good.The shower room is spacious and the water pressure is strong. However, the vanity top in the bathroom is small so you don't have much space to put your cosmetics Lighting in the bathroom is bright.
The breakfast is just very simple, just good enough to fill you up a little before starting your day.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel, we will stay here again if we come to Hatyai again. .

Decent hotel. More a conference hotel. Breakfast was in one of the conference rooms with conference delegates and having to share table.

Hatyai is the best place & great food to hunt. The Crystal Hotel was Nice. Near Central Hatyai & Asean Night Bazaar. Service hotel good & buffet so delicious

Had a great time staying at this hotel. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Room was superb and clean! Location is at the heart of the town, which is convenient to go to a lot of famous places! Recommended!!

hmmm so far okay.. dont like this hotel because dont have iron.. Kolam is the best..big.. breakfast not try because its not halal but no pork..

Stayed here for about 6 days, and the stay was amazing. The breakfast (halal) was fine. Getting around one place to another is not that bad as you are able to get grab service easily.
