This hotel is directly opposite to Central festival plaza and walking distance of 10 min to Greenway market and Aseana market
Quite far to town and need to grab or drive. Mostly ,not many roadside or cheap eats nearby except for the above markets and none massage center nearby
The advantage is that the hotel provides breakfast and a nice swimming pool. It's more of a relaxing stay as this is more of like a 4 star hotel concept. It's suitable for families or individuals that want to rest and less activities

The location of the hotel is good, just need to cross the bridge to the shopping mall and is also near to 2 night markets. The hotel is clean and their breakfast is nice. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The only bad thing is the soundproof is not that good. Overall this hotel is good!

Overall is good. Breakfast for all 3 days was good. It taste better than I expected. Location wise average. If is driving our own car, it will be better.
Nearby hotel do not have 7-11. But near to makro and central hatyai mall.
Room size is alright. With 2 pillow (1 is extra big).
Cleanliness is ok too.

Just opposite of central festival, my second stay with the hotel and have no complaint from the service given til the environment. Smooth process as well.

My friend recommended this hotel and our stay was very good. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and efficient.
Location is very convenient, you can just walk to the shopping mall, Central. It's also about 15min walk to Asean night market
The room is spacious, bright and clean. The pillows, blanket and mattress are clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is good.The shower room is spacious and the water pressure is strong. However, the vanity top in the bathroom is small so you don't have much space to put your cosmetics Lighting in the bathroom is bright.
The breakfast is just very simple, just good enough to fill you up a little before starting your day.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel, we will stay here again if we come to Hatyai again. .

Hatyai is the best place & great food to hunt. The Crystal Hotel was Nice. Near Central Hatyai & Asean Night Bazaar. Service hotel good & buffet so delicious

Had a great time staying at this hotel. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Room was superb and clean! Location is at the heart of the town, which is convenient to go to a lot of famous places! Recommended!!
