We had a very nice and pleasant stay at the Hotel. Very friendly and helpful people. Room was always nice cleaned and we really enjoy the wellness. This was even our second visit at the hotel. If you like skiing, the elevator is nearby and easy to reach.

Had another wonderful stay here late-Feb/early-Mar 2023. It’s such a great hotel in a perfect location – close to Schladming-Tauern gondola or alternatively a short walk down to Hauser Kaibling (for all ski-related hireage and 8-er gondola). Our room was great – spacious and well-laid out, enjoyed delicious meals and made the most of wellness area (stand-out feature for this property). Unfortunately I had a wee ski accident and really appreciated Peter & Marion’s flexibility with meals etc while I was in hospital and also extending booking by a couple of days (in an alternate room). Big call-out to all staff but particularly the amazing Sonja, Heidi & Katrina. We look forward to visiting again – hopefully for a summer holiday next time.

Very rude and unfriendly staff. Although we had a confirmed reservation, once when we arrived they said that they did a mistake. So, we were not accepted and left in the winter storm with a newborn. The lady simply said “I am sorry, I am human..”

Zimmer geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Bei Frühstück fehlte für uns auch nichts. Unsere Tochter war vom Spielzimmer begeistert. Pool war für uns ausreichend ebenso der übrige Spa Bereich.

Ein sehr gemütliches Hotel mit Hallenbad in Top-Lage (Talstation Gondel in weniger als 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Superleckeres Frühstück, hervorragendes Menü am Abend. Super Alternativen für Vegetarier oder Gäste, die nicht jeden Tag Fleisch essen möchten. Hallenbad und Saunabereich waren für uns als Familie eine super Entspannung nach dem Skifahren. Wir haben direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.
