Moja mama i ja zatrzymaliśmy się w VOYA w okresie świątecznym Nowego Roku i chcemy wyrazić nasze uznanie dla hotelu i personelu za uczynienie naszego pobytu niezapomnianym. VOYA zachwyca nie tylko z zewnątrz, ale także doskonale utrzymana i wyróżniająca się wewnątrz. Byliśmy w kilku krajach, a VOYA zalicza się do najlepszych doświadczeń gościnności, jakie kiedykolwiek mieliśmy. Wszystkie nasze posiłki były wspaniałe, nasz pokój był zawsze nieskazitelny, a powrót do hotelu po długim dniu zwiedzania zawsze był jak ciepłe powitanie w domu. W tym czasie były też moje urodziny i na zawsze zapamiętam szczegóły i uwagę. Dziękuję VOYA. Gorąco polecam pobyt tutaj jako cichsze, podmiejskie schronienie, będąc jednocześnie w Hawanie. Wrócimy!

One of the greatest experience you can have with luxury in Havana. Everything was awesome. Despite being a little far away from the touristic sites, everyone in the hotel make you feel welcome and solve this problem with great taxi services. The restaurant is fabulous. No words to describe the luxury and rest i was able to have over there.

From the time I ever made contact with the staff they were amazing. Before I even arrived I got informative messages of what to do upon my arrival, they sent a car to the airport, the driver had my name on a sign. When I got to Voya the ladies were very friendly, the aroma was relaxing from the front desk, through the halls. I was given a tour around the building, introduced to other staff, with a brief history. Every time I left Voya, when I returned the room was refreshed, with a special personal note, new towels and chocolates. The notes were personalized to what I was doing for the day.. The food was good, the presentation, was top notch. The drinks were well prepared. The staff was dressed well, always friendly, and all spoke English, which was major for me traveling solo. They always made sure I had the best transportation, and felt safe. Especially one of the sweet woman that worked the night shift. She treated you like family! ❤️ The staff gave the BEST recommendations for restaurants, and things to do in old Havana. I’m not sure I can ever stay anywhere else when I return. It’s about 15 minutes from old Havana, in 10 de Octubre, a municipality in south Havana. But it’s very quiet, nothing like being in the actual historic district. Perfect for relaxation! It’s a $10 (USD) to get to the scene. I have no complaints, all praises. Staying in Voya was one of the best experiences in my life. The level of hospitality, food, ambience, vibe.. literally everything. We were treated really like the dearest guests and felt like home. I’m still missing these signature breakfasts with lots of compliments from chef and fantastic rum tasting class that was arranged for us. There is a care in every single detail. Even on our departure we were presented small souvenirs - magnets from Cuba. It was so lovely and touching. This wonderful boutique hotel is a gem of Havana. I will definitely come back.
