Amazing hotel! New and clean and awesome service! Would for sure stay here again

This facility is brand new, stylishly clean, bright and shiny. The staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay again.

The staff member that assisted us was very friendly and helpful. She was technically off work for the day, but stayed to help sign in guests.

Nice spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable. Area around hotel was not the best but staff was friendly and accommodating.

The location is not the most convenient of you’re looking for places to hang out and dine, but the hotel is new and well-appointed. The breakfast had some nice choices and was satisfying. My only complaint is that housekeeping has twice forgotten to clean the bathroom floor of my room, and one time the reception forgot to remind housekeeping to refresh my room after I requested it. Otherwise, good value for money.

The property is brand new, opened 8 months ago (Summer of 2023) Everything looks nice, the lobby, the room. We were informed at check-in about the 15$ overnight parking fee, still a bit high in my opinion. Breakfast was also good, with hot food options as well as cereals, yogurts, and fruits. The only issue we had was the music coming from the hallway all night long. I addressed this to the front desk the next morning and later got a call from a manager saying, I was the first one who ever complained about this (this meant, I was the first person with common sense, LOL. Btw, the latest Google review is also about this problem and the hotel replied to that review, so go figure..) Why does a hotel needs to play music all night it is beyond me.. people go to a hotel for a sleep, not for listening to music all night long. I asked them to turn it off for the night if it is possible. For my biggest surprise, they DID!! At checkout, I sincerely thanked the front desk for this gesture, I was told, they did it for me :) So if you run into the same problem, just ask!!!!! They have a quiet hours rule from 10 pm - 7 am, they should better follow their own rule.

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed there twice and both times I’ve had great experiences. The gentleman who checked me in was so friendly and helpful. And the lady who checked me out remembered me! The room was clean and the bathroom was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well when I was there. I would definitely come back if I need to be in the area again!

The room was exactly as the photos show & was very clean & comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly & the breakfast included was quite sufficient & tasty (yummy cinnamon rolls!). That area of town is fairly safe & a couple streets over is a nicer area with lots of shopping areas. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

New hotel feel... Room was excellent! Comfy bed, sitting area at desk and chaise lounge, sleek bathroom with Dove brand products, and plenty of storage for travelers. Check in was a little bumpy since the lady at the counter couldn't find our reservation... Even though I handed her my printed receipt from Orbitz. Overall, very nice hotel, and look forward to the Continental breakfast this morning.
