St Ives Bay Beach Resort

This place is absolutely stunning so many things to do and places to explore. The beach is on your door step and it’s such a beautiful place to watch the sunset! Polite and friendly staff. Clean and tidy site. Lovely caravan. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Will be returning time and time again.

We stayed in the electric hook up camp site. Toilets were immaculate, seems like someone was in there cleaning constantly in both male and female, showers were clean and hot. Location is spot on, we were lucky enough to get a spot on the edge by the sand dunes, amazing views, lovely reception staff, incredible le location. There seemed to be regular security patrols round the site, close to a Lidl and a few other shops but far away enough all you can hear is the birds and the sea. Would definitely come back!!!

Location was amazing,right on the bay, beautiful views. The staff very helpful and friendly,the caravan was good and roomy,had everything we needed,a little dated but we didn't mind, plenty for you to do, swimming pool, surfing school, 2 bars one with a restaurant overlooking the bay. It's a large park and was a walk to some of the facilities, steps to the beach are a little steep but we enjoyed it and are looking forward to returning.

An absolute gem ! Been going here for over 30 years. It is perfect in every way to us. Quiet park, well maintained. Had a beautifully clean caravan in Enys Bay the beds were very comfy and the heaters kept it toasty in the night. Onsite shop, heated swimming pool and direct access to the most beautiful beach ever ! Kids play park and pub/restaurant on the park as well. Would recommend and can't wait to return again.

I would advise you to make sure that none of the working machinery jobs are going to be done next to your door. Initially after promising the partial refund for that the resort refused to give it to me. Very bad communication with the customer service even after emailing them.

Lovely holiday park, great location. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Accomodation excellent value for money. Kids loved the pool. On site shop is handy but quite expensive, but there are other supermarkets nearby. The accomodation is nicely spaced out so it doesn't feel crowded. Bistro nice for a drink / light bite, but unfortunately they had a problem with the fans in the kitchen when we were there so were on a limited menu so we couldn't have a proper evening meal there, but there are plenty of nice pubs/ restaurants to eat at just a shirt distance away

Manager, Emma and Brandon in the reception are very helpful, booked through Hoseasons (never again would we go through them ) will always book through Away resorts-as they helped correct bad mistakes from Hoseasons - the site was great and again the reception staff amazing, thankyou

beautiful caravan and park the only thing i can fault they do not acomadate for wheelchair users for the beach which is sad ,cornwall council need to sort this ,so disabiled can go to the beach .the park has had a lovely revamp and has such beautiful views

I don't Write bad reviews but i had to give this a 3 star and wont be staying again. We stayed on the 29 sep to 6th oct and booked a luxury sea view caravan with decking. Rung the resort as we were going to be late (8/9pm) due to train being delayed and the woman on the phone was very judgmental which wasn't a great starts to our holiday. Here are the Pros & Cons. Con’s: * Spending a-lot for a holiday to not have the facilities that you have paid for or enjoy it. * we didn't get what we paid for which was a sea view and we only had a small partial sea view and mainly had views of the sand dunes and other caravans in front. * Missing essential i.e fish slice, egg cups, tea pot and more. * Dynamite Bar only opened Sat & Wed not what you expected staying in a resort. * Pool closed 4pm so couldn't enjoy after a day out. * Food was poor. Breakfast & Main meal. my partner had to send his burger back as it was dried and over cooked and pizza had hardly anything on it. * work was being done around the caravan site and front of our caravan which was annoying as it was meant to be a relaxing holiday. * Didnt feel like any positive energy anywhere in the caravan site. Staff had no energy or smiling. Like they didnt want to work. Pro: * Gorgeous beach to have a bbq on and morning walk * Caravan had a Dishwasher, microwave oven , large fridge/freezer, tv in room, speakers in the ceiling, big oven. * Free welcome pack which you can turn into a plant pot and the pencil is a seed. *Wifi router in the caravan so we had our own Wifi. *Nice Caravans Site
