This hotel provides excellent service, with every detail carefully considered, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Furthermore, the service is absolutely top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and professional. The hotel environment is also very clean, giving me a sense of peace and reassurance. Highly recommended！！！

About 2 minutes walking distance to ICC Sydney Theatre and China Town. Lots of cafes nearby and the tram stop is about 5 minutes walk.
The hotel room is quite spacious. However, the twin bed (2 single beds were uncomfortable and very small where my husband fell out of the bed !!

The location of the place is great , in the area where you will find a lot of food places ! The bed is very comfortable! But in the room you will not find even a bottle of water!

I arrived by 11am, however the check in was only after 2pm. The staff was gracious enough to allow me to check-in when arrived as they had a vacant disabled friendly room which I was willing to accept.
I was extremely delighted to be able to wash up after an 8 hour flight before heading to my activities. Much appreciated!
