The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.

Hilton's bedding equipment is great. The mattress is soft, comfortable and spacious, and the spare parts include a certain brand of shower gel with neroli oil, which has a pleasant fragrance. The accident was that we checked in at 8 o'clock in the evening, and the hotel parking lot was parked in the museum parking lot. After entering the hotel, I settled down and had dinner nearby. I went back to the hotel around ten o'clock to get a parking ticket to send my friend from Hefei home. I was surprised when I heard something at the front desk. The front desk said: After ten o'clock, the parking lot cannot be entered or left! I can't get out of my car! I really need to use the car for something, but I can't drive it! ! The three of us were naive looking at the security guard at the gate of the museum parking lot, expecting him to open the door for us, and finally returned disappointed. We took a taxi to our friends in Hefei and went back to the hotel. The more we thought about it, the more angry we became. Suppose we had to use the car in the middle of the night for an urgent matter, would we have parked at this hotel? Suppose I check out in the middle of the night, will the car not be allowed to go out? ! The most important thing is that the hotel front desk did not inform this situation in advance! ! We came to Hefei for fun and planned to go to the Night Market Pedestrian Street. In this case, we couldn’t drive and didn’t want to go out. Friends who come to Hefei by car suggest not to choose this hotel 🙅🙅 dabaa dabaa dabaa! ! !

Very good services and convenient location but the facilities are little bit older. The real problems are gym which can’t be used in the morning and there’s no sitting chair and or safa in the lobby. It’s inconvenient for customers.

The room is spacious and the transportation is convenient. There is the Annong University Station of the No. 2 subway downstairs. There is a lot of food, drink and entertainment around. The Huancheng Park is downstairs. It is very close to Baida COD, Zhixin City and Guanting Road snack street. You can reach it on foot

The room is very clean, there is no peculiar smell, and the windows are well ventilated. The price is really very cost-effective. The lady the day before yesterday was also very nice, and the service was warm and polite. The surrounding traffic is very convenient, and parking is also very convenient.

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

The hotel is newly opened. It is located on Jinzhai Road, at the intersection of Hongxing Road, opposite to Hampton by Hilton. The room is fairly smart, but the big bed room is very small, and the decoration is very similar to KTV, unlike the room, it is a little dark, and the sound insulation is not very good, you can hear the snoring in the next room. The front desk service is quite good. The breakfast is a bit average, which is the standard of Hanting all seasons. It is not as good as Atour Hampton's breakfast. There is no toaster and coffee, but it is okay for this price. The free coffee is on the first floor, and the latte you want is full-bodied.
