The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.

Very close to Xinghua Park and Chenghuang Temple. Five minutes walk is Metro Line 5, the traffic is very convenient, and the surrounding shopping and eating are also convenient. Very cost-effective! The service is also very good, especially the front desk lady is super patient! The hotel facilities are well-equipped and feel that the room is soundproof! The TV seems to be not connected to the Internet, but there is a good WIFI network and you can brush your phone. The curtains are electric. The sanitary environment is very good. The only thing that is a little bit is that the bathroom smells a bit, maybe the sewer pipe is not deodorized by sinking. The price is also affordable and recommended to stay next time!

We took a taxi to our friends in Hefei and went back to the hotel. The more we thought about it, the more angry we became. Suppose we had to use the car in the middle of the night for an urgent matter, would we have parked at this hotel? Suppose I check out in the middle of the night, will the car not be allowed to go out? ! The most important thing is that the hotel front desk did not inform this situation in advance! ! We came to Hefei for fun and planned to go to the Night Market Pedestrian Street. In this case, we couldn’t drive and didn’t want to go out. Friends who come to Hefei by car suggest not to choose this hotel 🙅🙅 dabaa dabaa dabaa! ! !

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

Hotel is located in a central spot of Hefei downtown, close to everything. The hotel room itself is reasonably clean, however moulds can be seen in corners and edges in the bathroom as the room is a bit dated. There was some loud noise from the young couple staying next door or the level above at midnight, we had to call the reception to remind them to be mindful of other customers staying in the hotel.

這次入住體驗真的拉滿了！個人常年出差，住過多地多家酒店，舍家服務，衞生，佈置真的不像這個價位的房間，尤其是前台一個姓萬的小姐姐服務十分熱情並且有温度，入住非常舒適和放鬆。和圖片一樣的房間格局，風格很好 設計也很精美，酒店剛升級裝修好 德式的設計風格很有特色，酒店位置好，樓下就是繁華地段，吃飯停車也很方便。還有免費的mini bar和精釀啤酒，掛耳咖啡也很不錯，而且服務很到位。第二天早餐也是很有德國風味特色，種類很多，味道也很不錯，總得來説這是一次很棒的入住體驗，下次來還會還會選擇這家酒店。
